  Day 02 - Chennai
  Spend your day in local sightseeing of Chennai city, where you can visit the Santhome Cathedral, Birla Planetarium, Elliot Beach, Valluvar Kottam, National Art and Government Museum, Anna Zoological Park, Kalakshetra and the Theosophical Society. Overnight stay at resort
   
03 - Kanchipuram / Mahabalipuram
Drive to Mahabalipuram, the world heritage site famous for the monolith temples dating back to centuries. Also visit Kanchipuram, the city of temples enroute. Reach Mahabalipuram to have an overnight stay
   
  Day 04 - Mahabalipuram
  Spend the whole day in the sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram visiting shore temple, Arjuna's Penance, Krishna Mandapam, Five Rathas and beach. Overnight stay at hotel
   
Day 05 - Pondicherry
Morning drive to Pondicherry, covers an area of 480 sq.km. consisting of the four coastal regions of Pondicherry, Karakkal, Yanam and Mahe. These where former French possessions situated on the eastern coast.. Visit:- Sree Aurobindo Ashram- The world famous Sree Aurobindo Ashram is situated here. Raj Nivas- The official residence of the Lieutenant Governor, now known as Raj Nivas, is a true specimen of the fusion of Indian and French cultures. The main building is 200 years old. The interiors, the sitting rooms and the enclosing galleries have wooden furnishings which have a French base with Indian syle caving. Over night at Hotel
   
  Day 06 - Tanjore
  Today Morning after breakfast proceed to Tanjore. (Tanjore was once the capital of the Cholas, a destiny of temple builders who ruled south India between the 10th and 14th centuries). On arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Sri Brahadeeswara Temple and Art Gallery. Evening free to relax and Stay overnight at Hotel
   
  Day 07 - Trichy
  Morning drive to Trichy, Trichy is situated on the bank of the river Kauvery. The city was a Chola citadel from the Sangam age.
Visit:- Rock Fort Temple- The Rock Fort Temple is in the centre of the city and is a prominent land mark. It is 83 metre high and can be reached by climbing 437 steps cut into a tunnel through the rock. The Rock fort Temple is situated 5 Km. away from Trichy Town. Stay Overnight at Hotel
   
  Day 08 - Madurai
  Drive to Madurai in Tamilnadu, one of South India's greatest temple towns. Madurai has a rich cultural heritage passed on from the great Tamil era which is more than 2500 years old. In the evening, visit the Meenakshi Temple to attend the popular evening ceremony where the Hindu God Siva is taken in a palanquin. Overnight at hotel
   
  Day 09 - Madurai
  Go on a sightseeing tour of Madurai to explore the many fascinating temples and structures of this city. Visit the famous Meenakshi temple. The 1000-pillared hall depicts beautiful sculptures showcasing stories from ancient Hindu Epics. You could also visit other places of interest such as the Palace of King Thirumalai Nayak, built in 1636 in an indo-saracenic style. Overnight at hotel
   
  Day 10 - Periyar
  After breakfast continue to Periyar, South India’s most popular wild life sanctuary, its home to bison, wild elephant, boar, languor, the great Indian tiger and more. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Afternoon you can go for boat cruise in the Lake to watch wild animals. Overnight at hotel
   
  Day 11 - Periyar
  Today morning you can go to see the rare species of plantations and animals. Afternoon visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc… On way back to Hotel you could stop the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight stay at hotel
   
  Day 12 - Munnar
  Today morning after breakfast depart for Munnar enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvellous waterfalls, high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. Arrive Munnar and check in at hotel. In the evening you can go for sightseeing of Munnar and witness tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the covered by Tata tea.   Day 13 - Munnar
  Today you can go for sightseeing Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam; you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight at hotel
   
  Day 14 - Cochin
  Morning drive to Cochin, A port town since early centuries, Cochin, also known as the spice coast of India, attracted traders and invaders from the world over. Needless to say, Cochin offers you some fascinating snippets of history and culture. Relax and unwind at the hotel. In the evening enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise. Overnight stay at hotel
   
  Day 15 - Cochin
  Today you can opt to go on a sightseeing exploration tour of the many fascinating highlights of Cochin which include - The Jewish Synagogue in what is locally called the Jew Town, St. Francis Church which is the oldest European Church in India, the Santa Cruz Basilica built in 1557 by the Portuguese, the Dutch Palace, the Spice market and the 15th century Chinese fishing nets believed to have been brought by Chinese traders. In the evening, enjoy the famous dance drama of Kerala, the Kathakali. This dance is characterised by some great story telling, amazing costumes and extensive make-up. Overnight at hotel
   
  Day 16 - Houseboat (Kumarakom to Alleppey Cruise)
  Today morning Drive to Kumarakom and embark on your private houseboat and cruise on the Backwaters, a splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves. Your houseboats or 'Kettuvalloms' are luxurious boats with well appointed bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. You can sunbathe on the deck or observe the palm fringed landscape from your cabins. Apart from the mesmerizing surroundings it's the life along the backwaters that makes this a fascinating experience. The locals travel in canoes and you will find vegetable sellers, fishermen and other traders bringing household goods, door to door in small wooden boats. As you cruise along the backwaters you can ask your captain to stop at villages, paddy fields and other places enroute. Overnight in the Houseboat
   
  Day 17 - Mararikulam (Alleppey)
  After breakfast check out from the houseboat at Alleppey and transfer to the beach resort. Rest of the day free to relax in the beach and overnight at hotel

  Full day free to relax in the beach and overnight at hotel.
   
  Day 19 - Departure
